SuperComp.AI is a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed for freight forwarding and logistics companies. This is a digital subscription service — no physical goods are sold.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• Your data will remain available for a limited period as per our data retention policy before permanent deletion.

Refund Policy

Monthly and yearly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate payments
• Incorrect billing due to a system error
• Accidental multiple subscriptions for the same account

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (via Razorpay). Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.
