When you connect your Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account to SuperComp.AI, we access your email data through secure OAuth 2.0 authorisation. This includes:

• Email metadata: sender, recipient, subject line, timestamps, labels, and read/unread status
• Email content: message body text and thread context, processed by our AI engine for features like Smart Sort, Auto-Label, Ask AI, and Reply Suggestions
• Attachment metadata: file names, types, and sizes (we do not download or store full attachment files)

Important: SuperComp.AI never stores your email password. We use OAuth 2.0 tokens provided by Google (Gmail API) and Microsoft (Microsoft Graph API) to access your email data. You can revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings.

c) Usage Information

Non-personal data collected automatically when you use our website or platform:

• Browser type, device information, operating system, and screen resolution
• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Pages visited, click patterns, feature usage, and session duration
• Referral source and search terms

d) Payment Information

When you make a payment via Razorpay, limited transaction-related information may be shared with us, including payment status, amount, reference ID, and billing address. Your full payment details (such as card numbers or bank account information) are securely handled by Razorpay in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards. SuperComp.AI does not store your card or bank details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Service delivery: To provide Smart Sort, Auto-Label, Email Assignment, Reminders, Templates, Connect, Opened/Unopened Alerts, and Ask AI features
• AI processing: Email content is processed through our AI engine to classify, prioritise, label, and generate intelligent suggestions for your freight operations
• Account management: To manage your account, waitlist registration, team setup, and user preferences
• Communication: To send product updates, announcements, and promotional offers (only with your opt-in consent; you can unsubscribe anytime)
• Support: To respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer support
• Analytics and improvement: To monitor usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve the Service
• Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, accounting, and tax requirements

3. AI Processing and Third-Party AI Providers

SuperComp.AI uses artificial intelligence to power features such as Auto-Label, Smart Sort, Ask AI, and Reply Suggestions. To deliver these features, portions of your email content (such as subject lines, message body text, and sender information) may be processed by third-party AI service providers, including OpenAI.

We take the following precautions:

• Only the minimum necessary email data is sent to AI providers for processing
• We do not use your email data to train third-party AI models
• All data transmitted to AI providers is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL)
• Our agreements with AI providers include data processing and confidentiality obligations

You acknowledge that using AI-powered features involves sending email content to these providers. If you prefer not to use AI features, you may disable them from your account settings.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

We may share your data only in the following limited situations:

• Service providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., Razorpay for payments, AWS for hosting, OpenAI for AI features, analytics platforms, email delivery tools), all bound by confidentiality agreements

6. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after account closure for legal and compliance purposes
• Email data: Processed in real-time or near-real-time for AI features. We do not permanently store full email content. Cached or indexed data used for features like Ask AI is retained only as long as necessary for functionality and deleted upon account termination or access revocation
• Usage and analytics data: Retained in aggregated or anonymised form for product improvement
• Payment records: Retained as required by Indian tax and accounting regulations

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at feedback@supercomp.ai. Upon request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

12. Google API Services Compliance

SuperComp.AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only access Gmail data that is necessary to provide the Service features you have enabled
• We do not use Gmail data for advertising purposes
• We do not allow humans to read your email content unless explicitly authorised by you for support purposes, or as required by law
• We do not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SuperComp.AI provides an AI-powered email workflow platform designed specifically for freight forwarders, customs house agents (CHAs), and logistics professionals. The Service connects to your existing email account (Gmail or Microsoft Outlook) via secure OAuth 2.0 integration and provides features including:

• Smart Sort — Intelligent rule-based email categorisation and prioritisation
• Auto-Label — AI-powered automatic tagging of emails (BL Draft, Invoice, Customs Clearance, Shipping Instructions, etc.)
• Email Assignment — Assign emails to specific team members for accountability
• Reminder System — Smart follow-up reminders for BL deadlines, customs cutoffs, and document submissions
• Templates with Shortcuts — Pre-built freight-specific email templates triggered via slash commands
• Connect — Internal team collaboration on email threads via notes and mentions
• Opened / Unopened Email Alerts — Real-time notifications for critical unread emails
• Ask AI — Natural language queries across your freight inbox

We may modify, add, or discontinue certain features or aspects of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account and connect your email provider via OAuth 2.0. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and OAuth tokens
• Notify us immediately at feedback@supercomp.ai if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

SuperComp.AI is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You may disconnect your email account and revoke OAuth access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings, or from the SuperComp.AI platform settings.

4. Your Data and Ownership

You retain full ownership of your email data. SuperComp.AI does not claim any ownership, intellectual property rights, or licensing rights over the emails, attachments, or any other content processed through the Service.

By connecting your email account, you grant SuperComp.AI a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and process your email data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service features you have enabled. This licence terminates when you disconnect your email account or delete your SuperComp.AI account.

Upon account deletion or disconnection, we will delete your processed email data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to freight, logistics, and supply chain operations. You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other user accounts, or underlying systems and infrastructure
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its supporting infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use Ask AI or other AI features to process, generate, or distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service through automated means without our written consent
• Resell, sublicence, or commercially redistribute the Service without prior written agreement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and other intellectual property on the SuperComp.AI website and platform are owned by or licensed to SuperComp Business Solutions Private Limited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

The SuperComp.AI name, logo, and all related branding are trademarks of SuperComp Business Solutions Private Limited. Use of our trademarks without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

a) Payment Processing

All payments for the Service are securely processed through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy. SuperComp.AI does not store your credit card, debit card, or bank account details.

b) Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected during purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

c) Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any pricing changes take effect on their accounts.

d) Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, please contact us at feedback@supercomp.ai within 14 days of payment. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the specific terms communicated during purchase.

8. Waitlist and Early Access

Joining the SuperComp.AI waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service, specific features, or any particular pricing. Waitlist registration is non-binding. We may grant access based on availability, geographic region, industry fit, or other criteria at our sole discretion.

9. Service Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
• Unscheduled maintenance or emergency repairs
• Third-party service outages (e.g., AWS, Gmail API, Microsoft Graph API)
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

We target 99.9% uptime but this is a goal, not a guarantee. SuperComp.AI shall not be liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperComp.AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated labels, suggestions, or classifications
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

AI-powered features (Auto-Label, Smart Sort, Ask AI, Reply Suggestions) are assistive tools and may not always produce accurate results. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated outputs before acting on them, especially for time-critical freight operations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• SuperComp.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• SuperComp.AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from missed emails, incorrect AI classifications, delayed notifications, or any actions taken based on AI-generated suggestions
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SuperComp.AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) on which the claim is based.

12. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Service integrates with and relies on third-party services including:

• Google (Gmail API) and Microsoft (Microsoft Graph API) for email access
• Razorpay for payment processing
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud hosting and infrastructure
• OpenAI for AI-powered features
• Sentry for error monitoring

We are not responsible for any issues, outages, data breaches, or liabilities arising from the use of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Termination

a) By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at feedback@supercomp.ai or through the platform settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

b) By SuperComp.AI

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• Your conduct is harmful to SuperComp.AI, other users, or third parties
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service (with reasonable prior notice)

c) Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Indemnification) will remain in effect.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SuperComp.AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve any dispute through direct communication and negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SuperComp.AI regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
• Notices: All legal notices to SuperComp.AI must be sent via email to feedback@supercomp.ai. We will send notices to the email address associated with your account.
